My phone was working just fine earlier and then I put my phone in my pocket as I was leaving work and now it will not turn on. When I am able to get it to do something all I get is the option to use the volume keys to answer phone calls or it goes blue and tells me that there is a critical error. How do I fix my phone or do I just need to replace it? I just want it to turn on!
Sounds like the internal flash memory may be defective. You can try a hardware key factory reset. Check Google or Verizon search bars for the process.
