I received a new LG G2 5 days ago. I had trouble activating it. I couldn't get past the activation screen even with the help of Verizon Technical support. Eventually it worked on a fluke. However, I never get 4G. I've only seen 3G and consequently my phone is super slow. Any advice?

What's your zip code? Are you having issues indoors and outdoors? Try removing the SIM Card, powering down the device, reinserting the SIM Card and restarting device.
