LG Revolution still on 2.2.2

My revolution is still on 2.2.2 and the software update continues to say that it is the most recent version. How can I download the 2.3 update manually?

I would be glad to go over the software update for your device. I'm sure together we can get this resolved.

What software version is the Revolution showing? To check your software:

From the main screen, touch Menu

Touch Settings

Touch About Phone

Information Displays under SW Version

Is your device backed up with Gmail? Please back up your device and perform a hard reset. Here's a link for the hard reset:

Then check for the update after the device resets. Here's a link on how to check for updates: http://support.verizonwireless.com/pdf/system_update/revolution_instructions.pdf
