LG Spectrum email help pls!

I just got the LG Spectrum last week so far not too happy camper... The charge stinks, I cant copy and paste in certain areas and now I came to learn I cant forward a message with a comment in it....

Can someone please tell me how to do this? Its aol on the android email - since aol doesnt seem to have an app (only web based)
