My LGG2 has been stuck on activation for 4 hours now. Ive been on hold with customer service over the phone for 3 hours. No online help is available. I pay ~$500 a month for this. This is ridiculous and I really need my mobile phone tonight. Has anyone had similar problems?
I'm assuming you just turned on the phone and pressed the activate button. That won't do anything. If you already had a Verizon smartphone before, use that SIM card. Or if you are going to use the pre-installed SIM you need to go to your online account and activate the phone that way.
