I purchased the phone 15 days ago and started having the pic messaging stop working on day 14 . It seems to be a bad problem with this phone. Called tech support and right away they told they knew about the problem. They confirmed it was a software problem and a fix is coming in September. I'm very disappointed in Verizon for even selling a phone that has a problem they knew about. Shows the how they care about their customers! I'm going to try and return the phone today and get something different. Lets see how well they back there products and customer. Sad part is I like the phone but if I can't use it the way it was built for is doing me no good and Verizon is still charging me a monthly fee for a bad phone their selling! That is if the don't except my return.
Hello ladon1069, a fully working phone is super important! What error message do you receive when sending the picture messages? Is wifi disabled when sending? What is the file size of the picture? Keep us posted!
