Lollipop won't install on LG G2, it downloads, but fails on the install. Help.
Outside of resetting the device (again) or trying to use the software assistant (never worked for me) did you get to update 1 of 2 or 2 of 2? I have had to replace a G2 for failed OTAs before. usually it is covered by Verizon since it is their OTA download. Some people report warranty issues (being outside warranty) but even the extended warranty ($3 a month) covers this.
