When I bought the phone I also bought the wireless charging pad and was told the back was "Temporarily out of stock" and should be in in about a week. That was in December. Today I noticed it is no longer even on the accessory page so I did the live (?) chat and asked about it. After 15 minutes of explaining the entire situation, that I did not want the cradle and how long it had been on my wish list "Jennifer" asked my zip code and was gone for a minute or so. She cam back and told me the Verizon store in my area had the charging pad. (Small explosion on my end). AGAIN, I explained I had the pad but it was useless without the back. She suggested I call customer support and have them order one for me. (CLICK)
So, I am looking for the charging back...preferably new but used in working condition would be okay. Any help??
