Picture messages will send if I manually turn wifi off but I should not have to do this. Any fix for this?
I'm having that issue as well.. Very annoying, especially since I just paid so much for this 'smartphone'
Actually, I found a fix: Install a third party messenger app and send a
text to yourself with it. Not sure why it worked but it did. You can
uninstall the 3rd party messenger app afterwards.

Picture (MMS) messages don't send over the wifi connection. It only goes through the cellular network.
