Multiple Multiple Problems

This LG Revolution started out as good phone but since I have had to get 5 or 6 Certified Like New phones, I hate the phone.  Often times, mine will vibrate for an extended period of time.  This happens when a phone call is coming thru. In addition to the vibrating, the phone screen is solid black and the phone will reset itself.  Another common issue is the Force Close messages comes up quite frequently in many of the applications.  Not to mention, when ending a call, it does take two taps to end the call.  Recently, I thought I hung up the phone and I was still on call.  Luckily, the person never said anything to me about the long recorded message that a friend and I were having about her.  This just shows you that this phone is not what Verizon claims it to be.  Customer service representatives want to take you through these tests and give you another phone....when actually you are going to continue experiencing problems.  At what point do you offer individuals another phone?  I am so disgusted with Verizon because I pay extremely too much money for them to not provide me with adequate service or a decent phone.  When my time is up, I will be moving to another carrier.  Quite honestly, I think they use that "best service" mantra too much.  At this point, as long as I can make a phone call, I am good.  September 2012 will not get her any faster.

I have been having the same issues with my Revolution (and other issues as well). They wiped my first Revolution clean and said that would fix the problem. It didn't so I called customer support. They sent me a "like new" used one. That one had the EXACT same issues. I went into my local VZW store and they are replacing my Revolution with the Droid Razr. I think you just have to go into your store and talk to the right person. Tell them exactly what you are doing and that you are very dissatisfied with your device.
