No internet access, please help.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to access the internet with little help.  I've powered down the phone, took the battery out, checked the card to make sure it wasn't loose. Nothing makes a difference.  I've gotten very few updates, so it does work occasionally just not completely.  I can call and text and play with the apps already loaded but that's all. And I too have had trouble with the weather widget.  I can't get to the store to update or download any repairs.

Any ideas?

Do you have cellular data turned off? Do you have the phone in data saver mode where things will only update if connected to wifi?

Thanks! I dont know how I ever turned that off.  That was the issue I think.
