when i want to change lock screen it says u can not choose none ,swipe or faceunlock. it says they are disabled by admin ,encryption policy or credential storage which i realy don't know what they mean?!

Do you have a corporate account on your phone? The admin for the account probably restricts the level of security to keep that account secure. The lockscreen options you mentioned are not secure enough.
