The "soft pause" does not work when I make a call from my contacts. It says "sending tones" as soon as the number is dialed but it does not do the pause at the end of the phone number like it is supposed to. This function used to work prior to the last Android/Verizon software upgrade. Is there a fix for this problem?
I apologize for the inconvenience, let's see what's causing the problem! Does issue occur with all contacts that are saved with a pause? Can you attempt to deleted the contact and re-add the contact information in addition to the pause and retest? Please keep us posted with the results.
