Every storage spot is not even close to being full. I do not want to do a factory reset in fear of losing everything.
Please help!
Trevir, don't be afraid of losing everything! Exactly how much internal memory is available in Settings, SD & Phone Storage? Try deleting applications you don't need, old SMS threads, and emails from the Trash. Also, move some applications to the SD card. You can do this by going to Settings, Apps, Manage Apps, All, select the app you want to move, then Move to SD card.
