I went to a Verizon Wireless store in town about my LG G2 phone not sending or receiving picture messages. I was told by the rude representative that its because of a defect in the phone. I cannot believe for the expensive amount of money I spend a month for this phone that they sold me a defective phone. I guess supposedly an update is coming but not until late september. They said you can "factory reset" the phone but it may only work a few times or for a few weeks and the problem comes back. I am so upset about Verizon and how they don't care about us customers and care only about making money. I am seeing that MANY people have this problem.
