I've had the G2 for three days and today, the screen decided to stop responding to touch.
Before taking a trip to the store, I'd like to try a power cycle (battery pull), but the battery on this device is not removeable.
Anyone know of a way to power cycle the device using just hardware buttons?
Thanks!
Just hold the power button on the back, and it should bring up a screen that allows you to power off the phone.
Thanks.
That would not work since my screen is not responding to touch; so I would not be able to choose the power off option when the modal comes up after pressing the power button.
That said, it turns out I can power cycle the device by holding down the power and volume down buttons. Touchscreen works now.
