That's all they say when there is a problem do a factory reset on Revolution and spend time resetting all apps, well that just doesn't cut it. Wife's phone drained battery while she was at work and only tried to send some text messages and they took as much as a half hour to send, kept saying sending. Came home where we get a full signal and I also have Revo and hers would show 4g then nothing and then 3g. Tried to send a text message using the voice to text and it would say couldn't connect. Called then went to VZW store and they just kept saying do a factory reset so we did and now the Revo will only work on WIFI and even tried Tango which says WIFI works the best and it says no connection when trying to make call. So what I'm saying is the phone was acting up and did as instructed and now the phone is only good for making calls. She is taking charger to work today to keep it charged up as she is awaiting a call from a doctor.
