Is anyone else having problems with their phone not working at all? This is my daughters phone, she has it powered on when we call her it goes straight to voice mail. She is not receiving text and has no 3G. It has been woring fine until yesterday.
She also can't make calls. It is as if the phone suddenly has no service at all. Bill is paid so it isn't that our service was shut off.
We have 3 lines and mine and my husbands phones work fine. I have the Env touch and he has the LG Revere.
