Received my Revo on Thursday with no Sim card in the box. Called Verizon and had one shipped overnight. Phone would not work after being activated. The phone would only call emergency 911 as it was stuck in a loop. I would turn the device off. Then upon turning back on it would call 911 again, and again, and again. After a full charge and 40 mins of this the battery was down to 20%. I then repacked the device and quickly drove to the nearest fed ex drop off box. I was not to impressed with the screen quality also. and the bing software. Thanks
