Stuck in headphone mode

My phone won't operate normally to make a call. I can use the speaker phone feature or the headphone jack. The icon for the headphones is displayed with the plug in or out. Any thoughts about how to fix??

Sorry to hear that your phone is causing this problem. Have you tried putting the headphones in and powering the device off. Removing the headphones and powering the device back on? What device do you have? I look forward to working with you on this issue.
