When my phone rings to signal an incoming call, I push the answer button which in turn takes me to a screen where I have to swipe to answer the call. However, the swipe function does not work, and even after repeated desperate swipes, I often lose calls! How to fix this bad problem? The user manual refers to being able to swipe with one finger . . . no way with my phone! Another aside, I do not have any lock on my phone screen.
Suisun-Sue, we don't want you to miss a call on that device! Which make/model phone do you have? Have you powered your device off/on since having this issue? Did you recently receive a software update? Tell us more so that we can further assist you here.
