Since purchasing an LG G2 at full retail from an "Authorized Verizon Store" (a/k/a Cellular Sales and Service LLC) I've been unable to complete any calls without them being dropped. Verizon has sent me a new SIM chip, a remanufactured Lg G2 and did a "Complete Technical Survey of The Towers Used By My Phone @ Home" Their conclusion: I live in a "Sketchy Reception Area." Will they upgrade me to a Samsuing S5? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Will they put my $300.00 credit $250.00 I can receive for the sale of my LG G2 and all it's accessories towards a new S5? ABSOLUITELY NOT! So, I ask you all: What would YOU DO if you were forced to change checking and savings account numbers due to the 3rd party salesperson being a scoundrel?
Oh yeah! I also had to change phone numbers, causing a hassle for all my contacts.
No respect for longevity as a customer. (Since they took over AllTel)
No concern whatsoever towards all the time and hassle I've had to endure over the past 8+ months.
IMHO, Verizon has 3 priorities: 1: MONEY. 2:MONEY 3:MONEY
