I'd like to use Verizon Messages to send and receive texts while my cell phone is out for repair. I just downloaded the app on my computer and then a Security Code was sent to my cell. Since my cell is broken I can retrieve the Security Code. Is there an alternative way to receive a Security Code for Verizon Messages?
Unfortunately, you must have the app already installed BEFORE an accident. The security code is needed for privacy concerns. Without having YOUR phone in YOUR possession, this security measure doesn't work.
Can Verizon retrieve messages from a phone with a broken screen?
