When will my LG G2 get Android 4.4?

I didn't have the software upgrade assistant, so I installed the driver from LG's site here.  After the install, you will see the the assistant and the rest is easy!  It worked and KitKat is being installed now.

Why is the OTA 670mb and the PC method was 2GB?

Probably compressed since there is chance one is downloading over their mobile connection. it would stink to have 2 GB cap then download a update that is more than 2 GB now wouldn't it?

I don't believe updates count against your cap

They do.  But, luckily the OTA was, for me, 670mb.  I WiFi OTA though.
