Where are the filters on the camera?
Great question, jbward! I'd love to direct you to the filters on your camera.
Once you open the camera, you can click the cog wheel, which is the settings icon. This will give you options such as White Balance, Color effect, and brightness. You can also click mode, and change it from normal to dynamic, panorama, night, and many other options.

The filters are actually in the menu AFTER you take the photo. Open your gallery and tap the photo, then tap the PENCIL, that brings up filters and effects.
