Why did LG Smart Bulletin disappear after I rebooted?

I have no idea why this option was in Settings-Homescreen, but it was there and the widget page was added to the farthest left of the homescreens.  I rebooted and ::poof:: gone.  I know this was included on the G3 and G4, but this is odd.  Anyone?
