All of a sudden I can send a text message but can not receive. My phone does say "mobile network state is disconnected"...does that matter as I can send a message just cant receive them?
Is your cellular data connection turned on and active?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with receiving messages! We definitely want to get you back up and running at 100%. Are you still having this issue? Is it just picture/video messages you're having trouble with or regular text messages?
