this update has destroyed my phone. it overheats, drains my battery. I cant send texts unless I restart it and it only works for a minute or two and doesn't light up when I receive a call. I don't know what to do to fix it or uninstall the update. help please

Help is here!  Software updates are intended to provide users a much better wireless experience, not worse.  I would love to assist you with your device issues.

Can you test the device for a few hours with it powered up in Safe Mode http://vz.to/1fedByr?  I want to see if the problems persist while in Safe Mode.  Let me know how this works out for you.  Thanks!
