Any idea on why i have not recived the kitkat update for my lg g2?

Let's figure out what's going on with the update on your G2 juanu! First, please check to see if there's a software update available by going to Settings>About Phone>Software Update.

If no new update is available, please check the current software version. You can go to Settings>About Phone>Software Information.

Lastly, you can plug y our device into a computer using the factory USB cable and attempt to perform the update using the Software Update Assistant (SUA) tool.
Please reply back here with the results.

You don't want the update!  It drains the battery!  Huge bug
