My screen jumps around without me touching, it doesn't matter if the case is on or off. Power off, safe mode don't help.
What can be done?

I want to make sure that your phone is up and working again Syd7233. If you device is unresponsive you can do an alternative reset. When you do this it will erase everything from your phone.
1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power button only then immediately press and hold the Power button again.
4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.
Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
6. Select Yes to start.
