Hi, I just bought an LG Revolution tonight, then went to Verizon online and bought some ringtones/ringbacks. I got a text message with 2 things in it, each with an icon with a green lock on them and they do not open when tapped. I actually bought 5 ringtones/ringbacks - two were combined ringtones/ringbacks and one sepatrate ringtone. After spending 3+ hours online looking for an answer, I tried the chat - who told me to call 611...where the automated help didn't help. I looked for media Center - not on my phone, and can't find it to download. Media retrieval gives me a message that it'snot working right now. Does anyone know how I get these ringtones on my phine and to work? I would greatly appreciate any help! Thanks!

This device does not appear to natively have the ability to save a sound file attached to a multimedia message (MMS) as a ringtone. There are lots of free ringtone applications in the Market, and you can always use one of those. If you were charged for the ringtones, call customer service for a credit (800-922-0204). You can also PM me with your phone number, and I can also look into it. I did pass along feedback to leadership that devices that do not have the ability to save a sound file from a MMS should be prevented from purchasing ringtones altogether online.
Thanks for your inquiry!
