I randomly get a black notification on screen that says "You have internet connection" do not know why?

I see you're experiencing a peculiar situation with your LG G2.  I would love to assist you with this.

So that I may assist you better, please share more details of your experience.  Does the message populate at a specific point or does it populate even when you're not navigating on the device?  Are you connected to a WiFi network or have WiFi enabled when this happens?  Does it give you an option to select something when this appears?  Please let me know so that I may further assist.  Thanks!
