hi there, i just got a replacement phone because my other one was damaged. however i am having issues transferring my information / contacts, photos etc.
Make sure everything is backed up to Google, contacts to Gmail, photos to Photos or Drive. When you log into your Google account on the new G2, everything will sync. Contacts at least should be backed up to Gmail, not Verizon, and not Phone. Everything else can easily be transferred to PC then transferred back.
Fantastic advise snn5. I would also like to ask. Were you using Verizon Cloud on the previous device? If not, what were you using as a backup source
