the most recent software upgrade completely disabled voice mail on my lg g2. over 2 hours with tech supp then in store replacement and still no voice mail. the system wont recognize my phone #. verizon has been unable to correct.
When my G2 updated it automatically changed my VM to basic visual VM. I elected to go back to My Verizon and Change Features and re-enable basic VM. I have since switched back to basic visual VM. Usually after switching to or from one type of system to another you have the option to re-set up the VM again. Outside of that, I'm not sure the cause or fix other than tech support.
