why is lg g2 not "compatable" with latest "my verizon mobile" update? Phone software is VS9803AA.

LG G2 will not update to "My Verizon Mobile" version 11.1.6.  I get a message that "Your device is not compatible with this version".

Must be side loaded via apk file. Mine was the same way after ver 10.
