After Marshmallow update, Google Play and Amazon Appstore (among others) will not connect via 4g or WIFI.  Chrome, UC Browser and Google all connect okay.  Play and Appstore previously were restricted to download via WIFI only.  If I try to turn that opti

Problem also occurs in Safe Mode.  I have cleared caches, turned WIFI on and off, turned Mobile Data on and off.  Nothing changes...
