Hello everyone I am experiencing a problem since the last update my lgg4 will randomly not allow me to open the screen to use the phone I have contacted Verizon and have gone to the Verizon store and they have offered no solution to this problem again sense immediately after the update my phone will not respond to the double tap on the screen or respond to the button on the back at times there is no distinct pattern thus far sometimes my screen will stay blacked out until I plug in the charger as the only way I can get it to open to be able to use my phone please help
Some apps do not play well with the upgrade to Marshmallow. The apps have either cached data that makes the app behave badly with Marshmallow, or just don't work with Marshmallow at all. The black screen is one symptom, although "bad apps" is not the only cause. You may need to do a factory reset.
