I purchased a brand new G3 in October 2014, working great for a year and half........then one day it powered down when on the charger, and when I power up it is a blue screen! I tried to charge it overnight, nope, no go. I pressed the volume up/down and power button all the same time, the restart screen came up perfect...........I put on factory reset........nope,blue screen.
I am so flustered as now I have no phone and not out of contract AND the warranty has expired.
We think it’s great that you’ve tried all the steps, and it is awful to read that the manufacturer’s warranty is no longer available to rely on. If you do not have another device available to activate, Verizon Wireless does carry these devices for this situation, sunflwrstrees.
We are crossing are fingers that you had a backup. Is this the case?
