The issue has been happening for about 3 months, the phone has no physical or liquid damage. The software versions are.

  1. Software  VS98524B
  2. Android 5.0.1
  3. Security  MDF v 1.1 Release 3
  4. Kernel 3.4.0-perf-g2dl82d3  lge@android-build
