Can't access 'complete profile' in Cloud app

I am trying to complete a new profile in the Cloud app on my LG G8 thinQ. I have gone through the steps, and when I get to the correct area and select My Profile Complete nothing happens. It highlights, but it won't open to the next screen.

dukiebbd, we certainly want for you to be able to enjoy your Cloud fully. Just to clarify, is this in regard to the Verizon Cloud app or another third party cloud storage app?

We're very sorry to hear about the sudden issue that has come about with the Verizon Cloud app. We certainly want to ensure that the Verizon Cloud app is working correctly for you. When you visit the Settings app on your device and disable the Wi-Fi switch so that your device is only connected to the Verizon Wireless network and power your device off and back on so that it can refresh, can you please describe what comes up when you select the My Profile" option in the Verizon Cloud app? -Brett
