My husband has an LG flip phone and all the sudden yesterday he isn’t able to receive text messages. He can send them. He can call people and people can call him.

He still cannot receive texts. My daughter messaged Verizon on this and they seem to think that because it’s a flip phone that’s going to be phased out that that’s the reason. I don’t believe it. My letter states that it won’t happen til dec 2022. I was online trying to block someone for him and decided to block those texts from emails too and when I was finished, he couldn’t receive texts from anyone. He can send texts. He can make and receive calls. I went back on Verizon and unblocked any number. It’s frustrating
