Ever since I upgraded my software I can not make phone calls or access my contacts. It keep saying " contact list is being updated" It won't even allow me to back up my data to the cloud.

Let’s take a closer look at your phone to figure out what is causing this error message. Are all your applications on the phone up to date? Are you able to receive calls? Text message?
