I switched back to Verizon and got an LG G4 this year. Since I've gotten this phone, every time I make a call while I'm at home, the call drops. Last night, I was on the phone and the call dropped 4 times on the same person. It does not make a difference whether the call is outgoing or incoming. It also makes no difference whether the Wifi on the phone is switched off or on. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
By the way, I have a work phone that uses Verizon as the carrier and the calls on my work phone NEVER drop.
