My bill for this month includes a payment for a phone that was never delivered to me. How do I get my bill corrected?

We are sorry to hear the device was not delivered, ryanweller. Refunds are typically issued when the device arrives at the warehouse and is processed. Our warehouse is experiencing delays due to high volumes and other circumstances. When was the device returned? -Gerson
