Is it customary for a brick and mortar Verizon store to charge to activate and transfer apps etc. I just bought two new phones from them and they want to charge me 35 each to do that service.
Cost is always something I consider, so I can see where you are coming from. What store did you visit? It sounds like you have visited an indirect channel but to ensure we avoid assumptions, can you provide me the address? I ask because our corporate stores do not charge a $35 fee.
