How do I update to a newer software version?

Hello all, hopefully someone can help me out with this.  My phone has been updated to Lollipop vs98523a.  It has a lot of bugs and a lot of my apps are force closing.  I'm seeing on here that many are getting vs98523b and some are even getting vs98523c.  My LG G3 is saying that my G3 is up to date.  Was wondering if anyone could help answer on how to update to a newer software version.  FYI the VZW Software Update Assistant is not working for me.  Any help would be appreciated.

This may be a supplemental update that is slowly rolling out.

23C installed on my LG G3 immediately after 23A finished installing.  I didn't even have to tell it to go check.

My phone received the update in February, so I'm not getting the newest OTA update everyone is getting now unfortunately.

You can always go the manual route and download the Verizon Software Assistant from the LG website.

Unfortunately the vzw program isn't working for me.  Followed all the steps, installed the software, but the program won't show my device when plugged in.  Works with media and file transfers, but won't show on the actual VZW program.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the most recent update yet! Updates are rolled out to customers in stages, so if you have not received it, rest assured it will be pushed to you device in the near future. Once it is pushed, you will have the option to complete the update.
