I have a VS986 (lg g4). I got update to 13b but now whenever i connect my device using Software upgrade assistance it shows up to date. Like initially it would show upgrade available but after connecting and detecting device it would change its status to " up to date".
I didn't get 24c update ( marshmallow update). I have even done factory reset.
One more thing when i installed 13b update earlier then sua and my phone both showed that after updating this there is new update available so download it and upgrade your device but when my device finished upgrading to 13b from 11a , now it shows status " up to date" . Please help me.
Hello. I too had this very issue, and even while connected with verizon tech support, couldn't get the update to take due to "error 409: requires version 24c".
