I forgot my knock code, is there any other way to unlock my phone?

So my wife just got her new phone today and when she put in her knock pad code (the 4 square thing) she forgot it. Is there any other way for us to unlock this phone without factory resetting it?

If it were that easy to bypass, it wouldn't be much of a secure measure. Factory reset is the only option.
