However, Same phone on same plan has perfect service.  I get zero bars.  Factory reset and still nothing.  I have an LGG3.  Was in a car accident which cracked the tempered glass screen protected.  After that, I seem to have trouble even getting a single message to send, and calls are impossible.  Maybe something got jumbled inside?  Will I get a replacement if I'm on the Edge Plan and take it to the store?

You would need to file this under an insurance claim, if you have that coverage.  You will get a replacement after deductible at that point.  But, this is accidental and not covered by warranty.  I'm betting that the accident, which caused the screen to crack, is probably at fault.
