***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I lost ability to use my internet unless by wi-fi. I took my phone to a verizo store and they went to some screen on my phone and connected me again. Not sure where they went to do this.

Was Data turned off by chance?

If you swipe down and scroll through the icons at the top there should be a Data or Mobile Data icon that may be turned off?  (or you can swipe down with two fingers and get a larger list of icons).

Otherwise accessible through settings Wireless and networks -> More networks -> Mobile Networks

Various settings there particularly the top check box to turn it off/on but also can select network mode and such.

Actual path may be slightly different depending on your os version.
